Tip #2: Walk it off in comfort. To walk outdoors and clear your mind in comfort, donât underestimate the power of good insoles. Lucky for us Birkenstocks are back. According to my podiatrist, their insoles are đ. Iâve never been happier to have a 90s trend back in my closet.
